Dr. Ihenacho is a distinguished academic, entrepreneur, and community development advocate from Umuokijoro Village, Agwa. He is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Education at Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri, where he also serves as Deputy Director at the Centre for Circular Economy Technology Education (CCETE).

He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and has presented at numerous local and international academic conferences, in addition to publishing research in reputable journals. His professional affiliations include membership in the Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (ABEN), the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and the Forum of South East Academic Doctors (FOSAD).

Beyond academia, Dr. Ihenacho is passionate about youth empowerment and grassroots development. Through Uchesco Farm Ventures, where he serves as CEO, he promotes modern agricultural practices and provides training in skill development and acquisition, enabling young people to become self-reliant.

As Secretary of the Sir Boniface Ejiogu Foundation, Dr. Ihenacho plays a pivotal role in driving impactful initiatives that reflect his dual commitment to education and community upliftment.
